A University of South Florida grad, Dana has worked with Tampa Hearing Aid Centers, Toni Carroll Apparel and as a Wholesale Clothing Representative. So not only is her appearance extremely polished, her business sense is as well.

Danielle works on marketing integration and special project initiatives for both Puff ‘n Stuff Catering and The Ballroom at Church Street. One of the few native Floridians left in the area, Danielle grew up in Spring Hill and graduated from UCF with a degree in Advertising & PR. Her experience with B-Creative Inc. and MindComet Interactive Agency have led her to our door with a perfect background.

Prior to her current role as VP of Puff ’n Stuff Catering, Sharol was busy building her portfolio of experience and making a name for herself all over town. Not only was she part of the Grand Openings of both Walt Disney World® Resort and Universal Studios® Orlando, she was also the General Manager of the Isleworth Country Club and co-owner of four major hotel resorts and convention properties. Using the combined skills and connections garnered from each of these previous endeavors, Sharol has become one of the highest sales producing people in Central Florida’s catering & event planning industry…and an invaluable member of the Puff ’n Stuff Catering team!

Having worked for Puff ’n Stuff Catering in the early 90s, Mary came back to us in 2005 already knowing (and loving) the ropes! Her passion for catering has kept her in the business for over two decades and has earned her many loyal clients. Mary’s primary focus is Weddings, but she has extensive experience with Corporate Meetings and Social business also.

After spending 9 years as co-owner of a local print shop, Mary brings an incredible wealth of support, organizational skills and problem-solving techniques to the Puff ’n Stuff Catering management team. She has already helped to streamline the payroll process and is always a positive force in and around the office. Being a quasi jack-of-all-trades, Mary has even pitched in and helped as a Sales Assistant. If that weren't enough, she is a personal trainer and keeps us all in shape ... one way or another!

Clair joined our team in 2007 as a part time warehouse employee. With an extensive background in the event industry, he brought with him a unique insight into our day-to-day operations and quickly earned himself the title of Operations manager. As if overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, laundry, dishroom, fleet and facility isn't enough, he's also known around here as one of our most passionate and dedicated employees.

A native of Trinidad, West Indies, Warren began his career with Puff ’n Stuff Catering in 1985 when it was owned by his parents Susie & Glenn. Back then, he worked in the kitchen, drove the trucks and served the clients. But he paid attention. Warren left the company in 1994 on a mission to broaden his experience and hone his business savvy. And he did so through successful tenures at Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, The Disney Institute and Scott Kay Platinum. But in 2002, he came back. And never looked back. In February 2003, Warren purchased the company from his parents, and the rest, as they say, is history.

A native of downtown Orlando, Sandy started working with The Ballroom at Church Street upon its opening in 1985, and we couldn’t be more proud (or more fortunate) that she decided to come back to The Ballroom with Puff ’n Stuff Catering! Needless to say, she’s very passionate about the venue and about catering, and she’s got loads of experience to prove it. And when she’s not planning incredible events, she’s playing on two tennis teams and fishing with her family.

He has spent the last 15 years as Director of Special Events & Catering at Paramount Pictures Studios in Los Angeles, California, but has recently returned to Orlando where he was born and raised. Kenneth has produced over 3,000 events and has worked with clients ranging from People Magazine to MTV and HBO®. So you can rest assured that when it comes to your event - he's got it covered.

Kevin joined our Team to spearhead our Human Resource efforts. Within short order he proved him self to be much more of an asset. He now leads Service, Culinary, Warehouse and Logistics in addition to HR. Prior to joining us his 15 years F&B operations and HR experience ran deep at prestigious companies such as Walt Disney World Resort, Pepsi Co., Hard Rock Café, Darden Restaurants and Orlando Sentinel Communications. He earned an MBA from the UCF, and holds a BS in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Niagara University.

Chef Paul has spent over 23 years in the culinary field, but what brought him to the catering side was the freedom to explore new and different things. To be able to use his creativity without having to deal with the same food week after week as one does in the restaurant business. (Though he’s proud to have run restaurants and help start a couple of them up in the past.) Chef Paul is also very proud of the team of chefs he’s assembled. It’s a team that has cooked up numerous awards for Puff ’n Stuff Catering since he’s been here, and looks to keep the tradition alive for many years to come!

She also brings 15 years of experience in sales and accounting to the table with her as well. Tina’s greatest passion in her role is helping clients plan and create their events, and watch them come to life.

Jimmy joined our team over 11 years ago as a janitor with the hope of "movin' on up". And that he did. While cleaning up after the chefs, he observed and absorbed everything he could and has since developed his own style of top-notch culinary skills. As our sous chef and lead kitchen manager, he not only has a hand in the daily creations, but also innovates new food ideas ... all while maintaining the "Puff flair".

With over 25 years of Hospitality experience in both pastry creation and consulting, Greg walked in our door at just the right time. As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, his education provided him the opportunity to hone his skills in various upscale restaurants and pastry shops around the country. From Maxims de Paris and Club el Morocco in NYC to Vie de France/Country Epicure in Connecticut, he's now joined our award-winning team right here in Orlando. And we can't stop eating his treats!
