“Nick and I wanted to say thank you so much for everything you did for our wedding, you guys did an amazing job!  The work you did setting up was perfect, the service was excellent (the parents of the 6 kids that were there were also grateful that you guys took care of serving the kids and that they got their food first)…everything was better than we could have even imagined.  The food especially was great, and a few people told me it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding!  Since it was a vegetarian wedding (and I was the only vegetarian there with everyone else being avid meat-eaters), I was so happy that everyone not only enjoyed the food, but raved about it. Even my cousin, who doesn’t like either eggplant or mushrooms, loved both the eggplant Parmesan and the mushroom lasagna.

We’re amazed at all the work you did for us, and we can’t thank you enough.

“My name is Pete and your firm recently catered my commitment ceremony at my home in downtown Orlando.

I wanted to take a moment to write you and let you know about our experience with Puff n Stuff.  As a business owner myself, I know that when I hear from a client, more times than not, its to complain about something.  Don’t get me wrong, I find great value in that kind of feedback, but every once in a while its nice to hear a compliment.

I will admit that I was extremely nervous hiring Puff ‘n Stuff for this event.  Clearly, it was a very important day and having nothing to go on other than online reviews, I was understandably concerned.  Many of those concerns where allayed when I started talking to Nicole Girardi.  Her professionalism, her experience and her wonderful disposition went a long way in making me feel that my wedding was in the hands of someone competent and professional.  Her suggestions were invaluable, her honest feedback and seemingly insatiable desire to ensure that every aspect of this event went off without a hitch more than impressed me.  Of course, all that looks good on paper.  The true test is the event itself and boy did Puff n Stuff deliver.

Among the 75 guests I had at my wedding were three professional food critics who each proclaimed the food to be among the best catered food they’d ever tasted.  Sometimes you’ll have guests that will compliment the food to be polite, but without exception everyone at my wedding RAVED about the food.  Not to be outdone, your staff was also equally as impressive.  Professional, friendly, hard working are just a few words that fall short of describing just how spectacular this team was.  I worried about nothing – they handled everything and left my kitchen cleaner then when they arrived.  I was so impressed, I brought them out to take a bow and a round of applause from my guests, all of whom greatly appreciated their hard work.

In short, you made me look REALLY good here and I don’t mind telling you that I will not only use you again, I will tell anyone that can’t run and hide about you as well.  I just wanted to make sure you knew what a stellar team you have and what a wonderful job they do.

I’m looking forward to our next event!!!

“I have been using Puff ‘n Stuff as long as I can remember through my employment with a law firm. I have also used P&S in the past for parties. Though I had a small order for Christmas this year, Mary Brumley (who I just love) didn’t treat me any less important. But that small order saved me a lot of time! So, P&S will ALWAYS have my business for consistent excellence. Thank you. By the way, always have the Chipotle Sweet Potato Au Gratin recipe, people went nuts over that.
